Meet Sara

Originally from Folsom, California, Sara Fefferman resides in San Diego with her husband; their two children, Raegan Rose and Oliver Scott; and their two dogs. Licensed since 2013, Sara primarily works with first-time homebuyers, veterans, and wholesale investors in the real estate markets spanning from Del Cerro to Blossom Valley. As a longtime resident of San Diego, she is eager to share her local insights with clients. Sara is friendly and approachable, and she builds client rapport with ease and is intent on delivering exceptional client care while attending to her clients’ unique needs.

 

Recognized as a top performer in a national sales competition during her first year at a Fortune 500 company, Sara has a strong work ethic and is motivated to succeed in her career. Skilled in negotiations, with a professional background in sales, hospitality, and customer service, she is a strong client advocate who strives to create a professional working environment predicated on honesty and trust. Sara developed a love for real estate at a young age, surrounded by family members who worked as engineers, architects, and interior designers. Growing up, her mother worked as a real estate professional and her father worked as a civil engineer.

 

Outside of work, Sara volunteers in her community, working with the National Brain Tumor Society, Becky’s House, Price Family Preschool, and Urban Street Angels. Sara is an avid runner who has completed two marathons and six half-marathons. She has also played soccer for 15 years and enjoys skiing and riding off-road vehicles in the desert.
